Gregory B. Molina, President & CEO
Greg is a design Professional devoted to the creation of environments with enduring quality and value. He has accumulated thirty years of Architecture experience and has consistently shown a commitment to excellence in enriching the built environment. Greg’s ability to understand the complexities of building construction and analyzing Clients needs has lead to practical, cost effective, and award winning projects.
Greg’s responsibility is to lead a Project Team from conceptual design through certificate of occupancy. His services include Conceptual Feasibility Studies, Master Site Planning, Building Design, Interior Design, and Construction Administration. His responsibilities include Permit Approvals from both the local City and State Building Departments.
Greg was Born in Chicago Illinois and raised in San Antonio, Texas. For the past 20 years Greg has been a Florida resident.
Greg holds a Bachelor Degree of Architecture from Louisiana Tech University and a Bachelor of Environmental Design Degree from Texas A&M School of Architecture. Professional Board licenses include: Registered Architect and Interior Designer from the States of Florida, Texas, and Arizona; Member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Board (NCARB). Married with two children, Greg is actively involved in the community giving his time to help generate monies to help benefit numerous local charities.
Jack Brown, Partner | Designer
Jack is a Fort Lauderdale native that graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Architectural Design from the University of Florida. After graduating Jack worked under Michael A. Shiff’s Design build firm in Fort Lauderdale. During his 10 years with the firm he went from Intern to Senior Project Designer and finished his Professional Architecture Degree from Florida Atlantic University. Jack gained a wide variety of experiences at Shiff’s firm that not many firms offer. As Senior Designer, Jack directed the design and construction of numerous custom residential projects as well as large scale governmental projects. Jacks hands on approach and on site experience gives him real work knowledge of the construction industry.
